The rooms at Colina Da Fajã are absolutely stunning! With their wooden ceilings and floors, they give off a cozy and rustic vibe that makes you feel right at home. Plus, the balcony offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, perfect for a morning coffee or evening sunset. As a young traveler, these rooms definitely exceeded my expectations!

Personally, I found the central heating in the rooms to be a bit too warm for my liking. But hey, that's just my preference and I'm sure others would appreciate it, especially during cooler seasons.

My Fantastic Stay at Colina Da Fajã!

The rooms at Colina Da Fajã are cozy and comfortable, with wooden ceilings and floors that give a warm and homely feel. As a disabled guest, I appreciated the central heating in the rooms, keeping me warm and comfortable throughout my stay. The private balcony with stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean provided a peaceful and serene setting for relaxation. The satellite TV in the room kept me entertained with a variety of channels to choose from.

Personally, I found the shower in the private bathroom a bit small for my liking.

The hotel's decoration was simply lovely, with a charming vintage touch in every corner. The common areas were cozy and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a cup of tea. Accessibility for senior people was well-thought of, with handrails conveniently placed and easy access to all facilities.

I would have loved to see more options tailored specifically for senior people, such as organized activities or special amenities.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hilltop accommodation. The rooms offered stunning views of the ocean and were even better than the photos. The cozy and comfortable rooms had everything we needed, and the common areas with a fireplace and pool table added to the overall charm. The kitchen was at our disposal, perfect for those who prefer to cook. The place was beautifully decked out for Christmas, adding to the festive atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch. The friendly staff and delicious breakfast with a variety of options made our stay even more enjoyable.

We felt quite safe throughout our stay and had no complaints.

Amazing property, stunning views, helpful staff. Decent selection for breakfast, including bread, cheese, fruit, pastries, jam. Remote location offers peace and tranquility. Easily forget there are others staying here. A peaceful and private oasis.

The ocean view from the balcony and pool was sick! We chilled in the terrace, planned epic hikes, and even had a small infinity pool! The rooms were huge and had wooden floors, and we had a sick door to the balcony. The staff were pretty cool too, always hooking us up with good breakfast.

The only thing we wished for was more party vibes. The place was super tranquil, which is great for chillin', but as young party animals, we would've loved some more fun activities like beach parties or DJ nights.

We had a fantastic time at Colina Da Faja! Our hostess went above and beyond, even driving our car up the steep hills. The view from the hotel was outstanding, and we loved relaxing by the infinity pool. The fresh breakfast was perfect, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a levada walk right outside our door. We even had a unique dining experience at the snack bar, where Mama prepared a delicious chicken dinner for a great price. Alicia, our hostess, was truly lovely and accommodating. The free breakfast was delightful, with a great variety of options. The rooms were well-decorated and cozy, and the entire hotel was clean and inviting. We highly recommend this hotel.

    We recommend this hotel.

The rooms at Colina Da Faja are absolutely stunning! The wooden ceilings and floors create a cozy and rustic atmosphere. I loved waking up to the breathtaking view of the hills and the ocean from my balcony. The central heating kept me warm and comfortable during my stay.

Personally, I found the satellite TV in the rooms a bit unnecessary. But hey, different strokes for different folks, right?

Unforgettable views, jaw-dropping pool area, mind-blowingly helpful staff. The breakfast is super, with excellent home made banana bread. The common area is equipped with a pool table and board games. The shared kitchen has all appliances you need.

The location was perfect for exploring the west side of the island. We went on crazy hikes and bike rides, and even tried scuba diving in Paul do Mar. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was delish! The best part was chilling by the pool and meeting other cool travelers.

The only thing that could have made our stay even better would be if there were more options for young party-goers. It would have been awesome if there was a bar or some organized events for us to socialize and have a wild time.

The location of the hotel is stunning, with beautiful ocean views from the balcony and terrace. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with wooden floor panels and access to a small but great infinity pool. The staff provide excellent service, going the extra mile to assist guests with their needs. The breakfast offers a decent selection of bread, cheese, fruit, pastries, and eggs made to order. Additionally, there are shared seating areas both inside and outside the hotel, perfect for relaxing and planning your next trip.

One negative aspect is that the hotel is a remote location, requiring either a car or a taxi to reach the nearest city.

Had a fantastic New Year's at this hotel! The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, overlooking the ocean. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The infinity pool was a great addition and provided a relaxing place to swim and soak up the sun.

The road leading to the hotel was quite steep and could be a bit challenging to navigate, especially if you're not used to driving on such roads. The bathroom could use some maintenance as there was some mold in the silicone seams.
